I had the best experience with Piece of Cake Movers! Don and Ali were amazing—they came in, assessed the move quickly, and got to work right away. They packed and protected all of my furniture and belongings so carefully, and made what I thought would be a stressful move completely effortless (even though I was only moving up one floor!). Everything was placed exactly where it needed to go and put back together perfectly. They were so kind, professional, and finished within just a couple of hours. I truly didn’t have to lift a finger. Highly recommend Piece of Cake Movers to anyone moving in NYC!

If you need to move, don’t look at other companies. Piece of cake is the best. I got my quote easily, it was very affordable. Katya my moving agent was a delight to work with. I needed to make multiple changes on my quote and even the night before moving, she made adjustments for me and even hooked me up with some free boxes to be carried. It’s not time based, one quote and that’s it. The movers came right on time, extremely friendly and did their job professionally. They were fun to hangout with for a few hours and deserve the gratuity. I can’t thank the team enough for such a pleasant experience. I’ll never use another moving company again!

We had a truly wonderful experience with Piece of Cake Moving, and the entire process was handled with such ease and professionalism. The team was extremely kind, supportive, and efficient from start to finish. They packed and labeled everything carefully, with extra protection for artwork, the sofa, mattress, plants, and the TV. They also disassembled the bed, packed it securely, and reassembled everything perfectly at the new place. The wardrobe boxes with hangers for clothes were such a thoughtful touch and made unpacking so much easier. From packing to setup, they did everything with ease, which made the move completely stress-free and honestly a lovely experience. I would highly recommend Piece of Cake Moving to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable, and well-organized move.

Moving is usually one of the most stressful things ever, but this time was completely different. We decided to move so we could have a bigger space after getting our dog, and I’m so glad we had Piece of Cake Moving helping us through the process. They were incredibly organized, careful, and efficient from start to finish. Everything from our furniture to dozens of bins was handled with so much care, and they took care of disassembling and reassembling items without us having to worry about a thing. When we arrived at the new place, they even helped position furniture so we could settle in faster. What could have been an overwhelming day ended up feeling smooth and manageable thanks to their team. Truly so helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire move. I’m really grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a move!

I had an incredible experience with Piece of Cake Moving. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and genuinely careful with my belongings. What really stood out was how they handled my 8-foot Ficus Audrey tree, not an easy item to move at all. They wrapped it with so much care, secured it properly, and made sure it arrived without a single leaf damaged. I was honestly impressed by the level of attention they gave to something that could’ve easily been overlooked. They labeled everything, worked quickly but thoughtfully, and made what is usually a stressful moving day feel calm and seamless. It truly felt like they treated my home and my things as if they were their own. I will definitely be using them to move again!

We just moved and used Piece of Cake, and honestly I’m so glad we did 😍 Moving is always stressful, but these guys made it feel so much easier. They were on time, super polite, worked fast and knew exactly what they were doing. You can tell they’ve done this a thousand times. What I appreciated the most is how carefully they handled everything. They treated our furniture with real care and attention, making sure nothing got scratched or damaged. This was my first time using Piece of Cake, and I can already say that my next move will definitely be with them again. Like any moving company, the expectation is that your belongings get from point A to point B safely. Piece of Cake absolutely delivers on that, but what really stood out was how much they went beyond the basics. We moved from South Florida to Northern Florida, which can be stressful on its own. The two movers who helped us, Jason and Andres, were incredible. Jason, in particular, made a huge difference throughout the day. He was kind, patient, and genuinely thoughtful toward me, my wife, and my daughter. He kept things light with conversation and humor, which helped take a lot of the stress out of the process. Both Jason and Andres were extremely detail oriented while still working efficiently and keeping everything on schedule. They took the time to communicate, check in with us, and make sure everything was handled with care. At no point did we feel rushed or treated like just another job. They made the experience feel personal, like they actually cared. Piece of Cake does everything you expect from a moving company, but they also bring a level of care and professionalism that is hard to find. If you have the option, I highly recommend asking for Jason and Andres. I couldn’t recommend Piece of Cake more highly!!

I cannot recommend piece of cake enough! I was scheduled for 9-11am and movers arrived a bit early which was great for me. They were very professional, worked super fast and SO efficiently. This is the first time i ever used a moving company and honestly, the peace of mind that comes from them handling all this was invaluable. I was in my new apartment with all my stuff by 12:30-1pm latest. What a huge relief off my shoulders! They packed everything carefully even included wardrobe boxes, disassembled and assembled my bed like wow! Just overall amazing job, shout out to Luis and his team! So grateful for an exceptionally smooth process overall. We tipped 25% BTW :)

I moved last Friday night around 5pm. Moving is usually so stressful, but this company made it such a smooth experience! Andres and his team was very good. They were friendly, respectful, and worked quickly without rushing. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The team was punctual, organized, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. It took them the whole night to move all of our belongings which is understandable because we started so late but despite that they made sure to finish the job. Super professional and worth every penny. I would definitely book them again amd recommend them to my friends who's moving.
